Oliver Hensengerth was in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a workshop on Integrated Water Resources Management in the Mekong Basin at the Water Resources University. The workshop is part of the Newton Fund-British Academy project on Proactively Living with Floods: Developing New Approaches to Flood Management in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Oliver’s collaborator is Prof Dao Xuan Hoc of the Water Resources University in Vietnam.
